Mary Sledd is a third-generation Austinite. She holds an honors degree from the University of Texas and an MBA from West Texas A&M. Before becoming a real estate broker, Mary worked as the Chief Operating Officer for a tech company.
Mary is focused on building a team of highly educated and well-trained real estate agents who will consistently provide premium service to clients. She works with a small group of buyers and sellers but primarily focuses on overseeing brokerage activities.

Meredith Edsel is a native Austinite with an obvious and contagious love of the city. Her insider background brings unique knowledge and relationships with people and places throughout Austin. This translates into success uncovering the perfect home for each client, with the right location, school, and neighborhood for them.
Before joining Sledd Realty, Meredith worked for a prominent Austin real estate agent marketing luxury homes. She employs those same skills to create smooth and successful transactions for all her clients when they decide to market their home. Having her thorough understanding of the Austin real estate market is invaluable when buying or selling a property.
Meredith has a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree from Angelo State University. Both she and her husband went to Austin High School and have recently added a son and large dog to Austin’s booming population. When she is not corralling little ones or scoping houses for her clients, Meredith volunteers as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for Travis County, helping children caught up in difficult domestic situations.
Meredith’s love of her hometown Austin, industry experience and connections, and efforts for her clients have resulted in many happy homeowners throughout the city. She would be thrilled to put those interests, experience, and skills toward any real estate need you might have.

With a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and MA in Advertising from UT Austin, Stefanie has spent the last 18 years honing her negotiating and marketing talents in the advertising world and brings those skills to the Sledd Realty team. Not only will she get you the best deal possible, but with her decades of marketing experience, Stefanie has an innate sense of just how to best position your home in the marketplace.
